Don't go here. I got the gel polish on my nails on Sat. The following Mon, the gel started lifting. I called Kim, my nailtech, explained to her what happened and explained to her that I was back in Austin and would be there in 2 weeks. She stated she would only fix 2 of my nails in 2 weeks at no charge. I told her I was going to take all of them off because I wouldn't spend the next 2 weeks with 2 nails undone out of the 10. She refused to give me a refund. I told her that was poor business and I would not come back there if she couldn't take care of her customers. That was $25 for a polish that lasted 2 days. She still refused. Horrible customer service.
