Yes. I would definitely recommend this company to any family needing to get out of a mortgage. Understanding and very consultative. Hopefully I will never need the service again, but if I do so happen to need it, I will call this company.



Only drawback is it is a home based Investment operation, that's why not giving five stars. Probably a smart move though, But non the less, provided the solution for me and my family. Also helped me locate an apartment for me and my family, which was nice.



It took about two weeks. They sent paperwork via email, i had my lawyer friend look it over, had the documents noterized, met new tenant....that was it.



You do want to read the "Due on Sale" clause they send, it can be a deal breaker, but for my family and I, it was not a problem.



I can not begin to tell you how stressed out I was and how greatful I am that I am no longer dealing with my mortgage problems. It was a terrible situation. Greatful to be mortgage Free in a two bedroom apartment with my family enjoying life again. Word to the wise, live below your means. MrIphone. Las Colinas Tx
