Not only is everyone that works at this place extremely rude but they will rip you off every chance they get. I have a in home machine that went into lockout because the time changed. Not only did they charge me $50 just to reset it the manager "JOHN" didn't even have the balls to come explain why. He just had his bilingual pansies tell me he was busy spooning with a technician in the garage. They know there is not much you can do because you have no choice in being there and use it against you. If you try and call the corporate office to complain be ready to sit on hold for 45 mins and then get transferred to a voicemail with no return call. This entire company is a complete joke and is just out to screw you like the justice system does. But at the end of the day... what goes around comes around...

I went into the store and they took out my interlock device. I left the store and noticed I had things stolen out of my car. I called the company to report and they basically said it was impossible because an assistant manager worked on it. Well let me tell you, its either the bald assistant manager or the afro-american with dreads because they were the only ones near my car that day. They corporate office basically hung up on me. Also when I left the store I had my airbag light blinking and the check engine light on and they said they weren't responsible cause they only touch certain wires. They messed up something. Just overall horrible service and super slow.
