This sub shop is the epicenter of Irving in my opinion. It has it all, from great service to great food. It is a family run shop with special subs ranging from your basic turkey and cheese to the Pro Sub ( Ham, Turkey, German Salami, Genoa Salami, Bologna, Roast Beef, and Three Cheeses). I know your thinking to yourself well it cant get any better than that but wait theres more. They also cook fresh Asian food; Beef, Shrimp, Chicken Noodle or a Combo of all three, Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls and the best of all Fried Rice either Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, or a Combination. I have to say that the Complimentary (yes its free with any meal purchase) Chicken Noodle Soup they have is the greatest warmth one could ask for on a cold Texas Day. The best and freshest ingredients is always used, for example they pickle there own Jalapeños. I mean who does that anymore? Nobody but the Family that owns this place wants every customer to be satisfied with there meal and that comes along with using the freshest ingredients. You just have to try this place.

This is a very hands on operation built on a family system. Stephanie runs the register while her mom and dad do all the cooking and preparing. You will not a find a more quality sandwich for the price they give it to you for. You can get it any way you want, and they will even customize the sandwich with what meat you want on it. With each sandwich you get a complimentary bowl of chicken noodle soup, so you know in the winter time its always busy there. Good way to warm you up for the rest of the day. If your a spicy lover then there fresh Jalepenos are just what you want, believe me they have enough spice to them. This spot is still hidden but known by the regulars. Its the best place to get a cold or hot sub or even some fried rice or chicken noodle with a homemade sauce. Its a working mans delicasy.
