Safe and friendly place to live. Manager is a wonderful woman. Housekeeper is a very sweet woman. Maintenance man makes sure things get fixed in an orderly fashion, and the security guard makes sure we are all safe at night! Overall a wonderful place to live.

The Palms are super nice apartments safe place to live has overnight security the maintenance man works very hard. good managervery understanding, the owners are outstanding simply outstanding!

La manager....la persona mas arrogante , persona Detestable,y repugnante que e conosido cuando me sali deje el apartamento limpio aun asi me cobro 700 dollares si no pagaba me iba a mandar a buro de crédito.me iso la vida imposible en el tiempo k viví ahí.. la managger lo peor k pueda existir..piensen 2 veces antes de rentar ahí

So frustrating we only moved in for 6 months , worst nightmare ever ! That mgr. is cruel,has no emotions ! Is writing you up for any minor issue ���� We left the apt. Super clean , spotless and she still sent us saying we owe over $900 ��������We were told by neighbors not to clean it because it would make no difference but we decided to do so and this is what we got back ! Unbelievable never move in there it will be a total nightmare from Elm Street ! ����
