Don't rent here.
When I moved in three years ago, my rent was 760. Now, under new management, I is 1000.
The appears run down, they do not fix things. I have been trying for a year to get them to kitchen cabinets.
When I moved in, there was a police car at the entrance EVERY NIGHT keeping watch. Since the new management, I have not seen a SINGLE police car in the complex for a year. Since new management, My car was broken into and everything, DL, all credit cards, checked slilen. Management said why would this be our fault?

They see residents solely as cash registers...adding new fees, WIERD fees cable charges, rent increases, violations, weird charges WITHOUT NOYTIFYING the resident. The are SURPRISED that a resident would be upset about this!!
They give you a windshield sticker, and charge you $100 if you can't get it off your windshield (anothrer cash cow!)
If you do not totally VET your bill you will pay the charges (as I'm sure many people who are not English speaking do not).

They cannot provide information about what utilities are every month and tell the customer to call the utility company. So. Every month is a fight to keep rent down.

The pool is open,or closed with no scedule. I come over with my kids to swim,and its closed. I have asked them to simply put up a notice that the pool will be closed...HAHAHA!
There's more but I'm moving.
