This place is just any other storage facility. HOWEVER, the rudest woman works behind the desk. I've only had to ask two questions the entire time I have been storing here, for 8 months, and both times she was incredibly unpleasant and just flat out rude! I went in because my access code wasn't working and her first response was, "well you put it in wrong." Which was what I thought too, so I told her I tried it twice. To which she replied, "well you put it in wrong that time too." I would have moved all my stuff if I didn't need the unit for just one more month. I won't recommend this place because I have hear her be rude to other customers as well.
