These people are rude!!! This Asian guy Tam Lan is very rude!!! He needs to take some PR classes. I wll not come back here ever! I don't care If I have to drive farther!! I complained the other day why I wasn't helped and the other lady that was before me was. So, everytime I come in to mail something he makes sure he's area is closed! These people are not very helpful!!

It's no wonder to me that the PO is losing money. Every time I call these people, they are belligerent, rude, resentful of having to answer a phone (that is, IF they answer the phone), and seem to have the opinion that they're doing me a favor by doing their jobs. This is not the old postal service, where they actually dealt with people as though they were human beings. This is not the first time that this entitled, superior attitude has been tossed at me by the PO. If I could take all my mail out of their hands and their control--without going broke on UPS charges--I most surely would. If the whole PO tanked into oblivion, and the service for flat mail became privatized and competitive--and NON-UNION--it would be a great day for this country.
