mgr auto center checked my maxx battery at 9.30 am 12/10and said it was good..;a mech came in later and checked battery on the analyser and the result was not keeping charge.in my presence/.the mgr after earlier sending me to auto zone for starter check did the exchange. shoddy service mgr did not use the machine ,good mechanic saved the day. the exchangei paid and left disgusted

I must say the Tire/Auto department saved me a lot of pain and aggravation. After the tire department closed, I arrived with a flat spare tire and no way to drive home. The gentleman in their garage not only opened back up, he fixed my spare and didn't charge me a dime. I offered him a small tip for his trouble and he refused that as well. It is nice to know there are people that are willing to help you and not expect anything from it.
