Provided by SuperpagesI purchased a 2006 Ford Freestyle during the winter and upon test driving, the rep and I sensed that the AC wasn't working properly. The rep felt the problem was simply freon and assured me he would get it charged and there would be no further problems. About a month later there was a warm day and it became apparent that there was still a problem. I took the car back in and they "fixed" it by replacing a part. Now we got in to May and 90 degree heat AC was not functioning properly and even blew warm air when sitting at lights and in stop and go traffic. Fearing due to the timeframe I would be rejected by the dealership, I contacted Damon Pompa who immediately assured me all would be made right. He had Mike Davis (over service) take personal responsibility for the service of my vehicle and they repaired it (for sure this time) and now the AC works beautifully. This was not an inexpensive repair but they gave me no flack about it and completed the repairs at no cost to me.

We signed contract for final sale and the sales guy lost paperwork twice and then Asked us a third time to go back in to sign another contract because he had misplaced It again . What kind of service is that.

I came back weeks later and they completely detailed the truck. I am very satisfied. Overall I am extremely pleased with my buying experience and the vehicle. Provided by SuperpagesThese guys sell poor quality used cars, as is. The engine seized on the toyota I bought there the day after I bought it, when I brought it back they made no effort to fix the problem, my mechanic says they filled the engine with oil additive. $1,700 two weeks and a new engine later I am finally driving the vehicle.
