Parkway EyeCare One of the best eye doctors around. The doctors is nice and listens to your questions and concerns. It’s always pleasant to go there the atmosphere is beautiful as well as there staff. The selection of frames and contacts is great. I appreciate there service always warm and welcoming. I have a fear of going to businesses in my neighborhood due to unprofessional behavior, to my surprise Dr. Kimberly Brown's office was very professional and friendly. Thank you Dr. Brown for teaching your staff how important it is to be courtesy, polite and professional.

Besides the long wait, it was excellent service provided. The assistants are respectful and courteous. Everyone was greeted with a smile.

Over the many years I've patronized this office I've seen a steady erosion of customer service in the area of slow service. Today was the breaking point, after spending 2+ hours for what should've been a simple examination I've given up and will take my business elsewhere. When I made my complaint to the doctor she didn't seemed overly concerned and that is troubling. I wouldn't recommend anyone using these "services" unless you have nothing else to do but sit and wait and wait and wait

I went for the first time on 2/4/16 and I waited 2+ hours to be seen. The waiting room was crowded and I asked two staff members if its busy because of walk ins and they said no everyone was appointments and they are always busy. I have a problem with facilities like this one that overbook patients only to have us sitting for hours as if our time isn't valuable. I have no tolerance for the blatant disrespect of another human time especially my own . I will never refer a friend nor an enemy and I will keep looking until I find an eyecare center that is better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not go here. Period. Jeanette from their front desk service was very rude and disrespectful towards my client and me. I called because my client had difficulty speaking English and I assisted to inquire about a concern. After Jeanette's rudeness, she passed it to the doctor, Dr. Kimberly Brown, whom was also rude as well. The Dr. gave poor explanation and had no patience to elaborate. I can truly see why people would be miserable to work there if the Dr. is rude as well. Besides disrespectful and rude service, this place is notorious on making you wait for more than an hour wait. Stay away ladies and gentlemen.

This place is the worse!!! Unless you have at LEAST 3 hours to sit around and wait I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to this place. The Wait time in the waiting room is at the least 2 hours, then once you finally get in the back you have to wait for another 2 hours. I had a 12pm appointment it's now 3:15 and I STILL DID NOT SEE THE DOCTOR.. as soon as I get home I am looking for a new eye doc.. there is no reason why someone should spend 4 to 5 hours at a doctors office.. I give this place a -10 on a scale from 1 to 10..
