Very poor communication, did not follow through with promises that were made. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within four days it broke down on the parkway. I took it to my mechanic and they ordered the required oil sensor that cost $119.00 straight from Honda. I called Kirk Haight and they stated that they would take care of it but only if I took it to their mechanic. So I had the car towed and had the part installed by their mechanic. Kirk Haight and their mechanic stated that the oil didn't need to be flushed despite all of my research and my mechanic stating that it should be. I choose not to flush the oil because I couldn't afford it at the time. I was promised countless times that I would be compensated for the $119.00 part I purchased but here I am a year later and they have not sent a check.

It is situations like this that give car dealers and dealerships bad names, I just wish that they would honor their agreement and do good business, at this time I cannot endorse these gentlemen.

The car I bought had nothing but problems, they just fluffed it off - we had to argue with them to fix anything. This car was not checked out properly by them, the customer relations was terrible.
