Mr Rooter is a bunch of thieves. I needed a three of faucets replaced: kitchen, bathroom, and laundry tub. They charged me over $1,000 which I foolishly agreed to since I was anxious to get it done. Turns out the faucets he installed were about $30.00 each, so they basically charged about $300.00 per hour for labor.



Now, a few months later, the laundry room is flooded since the repair he did there sprang a leak!!! So not only do they charge through the roof, they are incompetent.



Also, Mr Ripoff measured my water pressure and told me it was 130 lb/ and I needed a $500 regulator. I at least had sense enough to refuse this.



However, he informed me that since the pressure was so high, none of the work he did would be under warranty.



I bought three separate pressure gauges to measure it on my own, and all said the pressure was about 75 lb. Maybe a bit high, but not the alarming pressure Mr Ripoff said it was.
