My things were delivered on time (barely), but not without a lot of frustration and damage.

1) Over the course of 2 weeks, I was given 3 different delivery dates, all of which passed without a phone call (much less a revised date).

2) Before signing the contract, I asked if my things would stay on the same truck the entire time or if they would be off-loaded and stored in warehouses (increasing the chances for damage). Stinelli said he was “99% certain” my things would stay on the same truck the whole time. In the end, my things were stored in 3 different warehouses. (When pressed, Stinelli revealed they do this regularly during the busy season, about 5 customers/month). Several family heirlooms were damaged beyond repair. I’ve attached photos of the damaged crate my things arrived in.

3) When they realized they would have trouble making my delivery on time, they gave my shipment to an independent contractor - a company not licensed by Arpin and with whom I never signed a contract.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. They were extremely professionalin the price was right. not one single thing was broken and they arrive 20 said that would. it cost exactly what they said it would with nothing hidden. they are just awesome!
