Everyone is always super nice. Close to my house so I come for quick items often since it is cheaper than the grocery stores near by.

This is one of the worst Family Dollar stores I have ever been in , Dirty and always has boxes in the walkways so hard to move around . Don't see how a handicap person could even shop at this store. Manager id always outside smoking everytime I drive by and talking on the phone, I don't think I have ever seen the lady work. Most employees are rude and have no idea whats going on . How about some heat in the store also? It is the up of michigan and is like 55-60 degrees in the store in the winter. This store use to be nice up until this year. Bad management and something needs to be done soon our they will be losing my business and out friends and many others. There is a new Dollar General in negaunee and it's starting to look like we are gonna have to make the drive.

I tried calling this store during normal business hours and it was 55 minutes that this establishments phone was busy. Employees should not be on the phone that long!!!!!
