Let me start first by saying that I do not know alot about electronics and computers, however I have a PC I bought about two years ago. Since then I have been having diffuculties and wasn't sure who to call. Based upon a friend telling me about globaltss I figured I look them up as well as other companies in the area of Marquette. I wasn't sure how the services would be as the name seems like a larger company, however I called and right away I had spoken to the owner / person that would be fixing my computer. I have never had better service from anywhere. The repair technician explained throughly the issues I was having and possiblities of where I may have gotten my virus. He had also given me options mostly free options to put on my computer and was very low cost. He had spent time explaining to me exactly how to better protect myself and added free software from the web to protect myself as a home user. Globaltss also had taken the time 2 weeks after the service call to see how everything was going on my pc, a very generous customer satisfaction. All I have to say is that its been 6 months so far and my computer has never ran as good as it does now. I would definetly recommend globaltss.
