Unfortunately, I had to return an item at this dollar store. I walked in and left my bag with the woman at the register while I did a little last minute shopping.

After going up to the counter to do the exchange the women behind the counter pulled the box out of the bag and it was crushed, but that is not the way I brought the item into the store. The woman behind the counter said she could not do the exchange because the manager was not there, so I would have to come would have to come back the next day even though I had my receipt.

There was a woman named Mrs. Rodriguez who was being very loud and argumentive and in the interim of the situation called the manager of the store, Donna, only to tell her about my complaint that there should be someone there that can do the return.

She continued to complain about me in front of me to the manager trying to be antagonistic, and I said if you're talking to her she can just get on the phone and speak with me, but that did not happen.

Instead Mrs. Rodriguez was cursing at me with the store manager on the phone. I cannot believe the way consumers that is this stores local bread and butter is treated with such foul cruelty and that they allow their employees to curse at customers and get away with it. I appalled and feel so hurt by this employees actions. My reply to Mrs. Rodriguez was God Bless You.

Not very clen. They basically sell junk! Very discourteous associates.
