It was terrible. My dog spent 5 hrs there probably in a cage. I received no phone calls regarding a problem. I called them to say if he isn't done yet I will be picking him up and they said they were almost done. Still no admittion of any problem. When I got there my dog was afraid and when I got him home I noticed he was very lethargic and his left eye was closed. When I picked him up they did tell me I should premedicate him the next time. He is a bad dog and most owners lie about there dogs so why ask any questions. I brought my dog to the vet and she said he had a scratched cornea. I have never had a dog that required grooming so this was a learning experience for me. I won't let it happen again. My dog is only 12lbs. So ultimately they new they could overpower him. So it was all about the $60.00.
