This is a terrible place to work. DO NOT APPLY. The employee turn over rate is just not normal. they severely under pay their clerks and over work them. They are less than understanding when it comes to employee illness and they do not create an environment where the employee feels comfortable coming to them for help our solutions when it comes to needing personal time/ sabbatical. you are not protected by HR and mental health is not important to them. the first sign of struggle they will let you go. no matter the amount of work you have completed or special projects you were involved with, it is no sweat off their back to discard people like trash, you are just another number to them. not to mention when they clean out your desk they return your items BROKEN and irreparable... Save yourself the headache stay far away from this place. Also Clients involved with them should think twice before partnering with this agency - your privacy is not taken seriously as employees are with their smartphones/music compromising confidential information..

They are doing the same to me..now they have served this person at my house and the document states that in 30 days the court will automatically grant the debt in favor of the credit card company if this person does not show up on the date stated in the summons. What a racket these people have going...this person they are looking for has no idea a court date has been set and has no way to respond to the summons, therefore they will get their judgement in a sneaky way...I have notified them over aned over and somehow they got my number and for a year they have been calling my home and cell number to the point they are using up all my minutes on my cell phone...what a bunch of sneaky people....makes me sick..

These people are calling my phone number all the time about a debt for someone who does not have this phone number or lives here and I'm pretty fed up. I have called them and told them 12 times about this and it still continues. I would not recommend them to anyone, they phone harrass people who do not owe money despite being told to stop.
