Our stay at Wild Dunes resort was awesome. It's a family friendly place but also a nice getaway for just two. We staid in the Village. The rooms and amenities werew nice but all the folks we encountered from the Valet to to folks on the boardwalk and restaurant were supper nice and friendly and alway said let us know if there is anything we can do. We liked it alot. The only negative I have to say is a little unnecessary run in with law enforcement in Isle of Palms. The officer we encountered was an absolute bully calling me stupid 4 times and threatning to lock me up twice when my wife and I had pretty much done nothing just weren't aware of a town ordinance. In the police officers own words I got a "stupid ticket" to the tune of $1092. In short the resort is great the Isle of Palms police are the worst I have ever seen and have people who should not be carrying a gun and a badge.
