Provided by YP.comI was excited to join this gym as they offer a great variety of classes - from Les Mills to Zumba and more. Everything was pretty good until over the past few months. The instructors are good, the facility is clean, the childcare is fine.
However, as the classes have started to fill, we were initially informed by the instructors that new classes would be added. Months went by, and no new classes. People are consistently turned away if they don't show up an hour early.
Then, the option was presented to us that we can pay $1 to have our names put on the list that guarantees you a spot in a class in advance. Pay for a "free" class? What are my membership dues for? This is ridiculous. Just add more classes!
Finally, one time I broke down and paid the $1 for a holiday class I really wanted to attend. I have a child and was waiting in line to drop them off at daycare. I was 2 minutes late to my class, but, no worries - I paid my $1, right? I show up and was informed my spot had been "given away". I sat there in front of the class politely arguing that I had paid for a guaranteed spot. However, I was nicely turned away and told they would help me get my money back.
Alas, I did not get my money back, and I quit on the spot.
What kind of customer service is this?

Provided by YP.comIt is a very over rated facility, overly packed and it does take a while before an individual that works there will give you their full attention due to their conversation with other co-workers. We had recieved a new bank card and promptly went in with the new card number so the billing cycle wouldn't be hindered, but the employee didn't inform billing, we went to use the facility and we were told that the membership had been cancled. After 15 minutes or so they found the date that I had come in with the new card and they proceeded to charge us for 2 months at once.
When we decided to cancel our membership, the individual I spoke to had very poor english skills and constantly tried to convince me of putting our membership on hold for months on end, after I finally said "I want to speak to your supervisor" did his english clear up and he was very cooperative.
As for the facility it's self it is very clean and well kept and the equipment is great.

Provided by YP.comI was sold a 3 hr personal training session on the condition that they would refund if my doctor did not approve. My doc told me not to work out and i went in and cancelled my membership asked for a refund on the personal training. 10 business days of not action later, i spoke with the membeship rep. who signed me up and asked again. 7 biz days later, waited *30 mins* and spoke with a person in charge, their membership manager, and asked again. 10 biz days later, i spoke with their 1-800 complaints department and sales department. All promised to do it. Now i find that not only have they not refunded me, they have without my authorization, re-enrolled me and are charging me. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD and if you are a member, expect to be robbed.
