Horrible Service, first of all the attitude of the staff is really bad and unprofessional. Secondly they slipped the date. Thirdly, they actually screwed up my suit. And they did not even seem to be apologetic about it. After some hard conversation , they tried fixing it but did not work out. I am not going there back again. Trust me, you can get better service elsewhere.--David

Dirks dry cleaning is so good that my daughter from Kent Wa. comes all the way to get her clothes,and bedding dry cleaned. The owners are kind,hard working and loyal to their customers. One time I took in a new hat to have a stain removed so I could give it to a charity and the owner did not even charge.

Very sad to say that owner would not re-clean two silk blouses that had noticeable dirt on inner collars when we picked them up. He told me that 36 days had passed since we picked up the order. I told him that I hadn't had a need to wear either blouse during that time. To which he replied "Why didn't you check them when you picked them up?" Duh, I have never checked my dry cleaning for spots, missing buttons, or any other possible oversight on the cleaners part. So be advised, if you use this company, be sure to check your clothes when you get them back. I rate this business owner a 0 for customer satisfaction.
