Amazing food and the best soups ever!

I was staying at the Holiday Inn recently and not only do they have amazing staff all over the hotel, but their restaurant had the best food! So many choices for breakfast (eggs benedict was my favorite and my husband went for the steak and eggs!) My kids ate for free because we were guests of the hotel and they kids menu was perfect for them! While my husband was working locally, we had lunch as well. Again, free for the kids! I had the best soup ever! Chicken Tortilla made absolutely perfect. Better than any mexican restaurant. I was told that during the dinner hours, they have a special mexican menu which we will definitely try on our next trip.
