I drove 7 hours round trip because this store carried made in America quality furniture and had a good inventory of floor models for sale unlike the city I live in (about everything made in China). I bought two sofas; a Gamma and a Hancock & Moore AND a bottle of leather conditioner. Both were supposed to be treated leather (meaning can be conditioned and cleaned). However, after I had them delivered and applied conditioner a few months later, the color started rubbing off on the H&M. I own other leather furniture so was really clear on what I needed for my lifestyle...but was sold something under false pretense. Since I was not a local, my only recourse was phone and e-mail. The store owner ignored my concerns so I called the manufacturer who referred me to the sales rep. She said she talked with the store but could not make him.
