For 50 minutes, this evening, I stood by Ski Boot section in this lame excuse for a store. The two dopy employees walked by me frequently, as they casually assisted other customers. Not once did it occur to either of the dopes to look at me, say hello, smile, or even shoot me a quick nod. Nice job if you can get it, I guess.



Lookin back, I should have just left after 5-10 minutes and never returned. The two-hour trip to/from The Ski Company, in Syracuse , loomed large, so I stayed. And Stayed . . .



Anyway, after 51 minutes (why now?) one of the dopes asked if I had been helped yet. After some vague promise to return shortly, he disappeared for 10 more minutes - which made it ONE FULL HOUR of this nonsense. The crazy thing is that during that whole time the two dopes waited on 3 (three!) customers and sold 2 (two!) pairs of boots. The store was not even close to being busy!



I was fully prepared to plop down a grand, give or take, to purchase a brand new pair of Fisher RC4 130 Flex Vacuum ski boots, size 27.5. It would have been their easiest sale ever.



I TRIED to shop locally. I cannot do it, not at this place! Syracuse and Onondaga County will now get my $1,000 purchase plus taxes.



The Ski Company in Syracuse - at least they know how to treat customers!



Avoid this store.
