To be quoted I was promised "The standard residential service is an up to 8 Mbps connection (about 6 download x 1.5 upload). Many of our subscribers use their high speed service for streaming, whether through a Smart TV, Roku, or other device if they choose." I have been getting nowhere near those speeds. I always average .70 download and .20 upload with 150ping. Which means I'm getting a horrible signal when I was told I would receive a great signal with good bandwidth. I called to cancel 15 hours later and they forwarded the info to billing. I was told I should hear back later in the day. I called back before the day ended and was told billing was too busy. I had to keep calling to get answers. I was told billing is too busy so and was told I'm unable to get my $200 install fee refunded. I have also reported to the BBB to get my refund. Stay away from this service!
