I was real disappointed in the service, they belittled us and treated my friend and myself like we were stupid. I was looking for a regular Nintendo DS,, not a 2DS not a 3DS, i couldn't have made it more clear. One of them came to help us and then went away to ring people up randomly without saying anything and i was standing there wondering where they went until I noticed, the manager left right in the middle of a busy time leaving the two other employees to fend for themselves. I said i wanted a old regular ds to play Poke'mon on and they proceeded to ring me up for a 3DS because they thought I said the new Poke'mon. So again I stated that I wanted an original DS for Poke'mon Soul silver. so after i got the DS they told me that they didn't have any copies used or new of Soul Silver and only had Heart Gold... So i left with my new refurbished DS which was absolutely filthy when i opened it the screen was covered in hand grease from the previous owner it was disgusting, good thing i bought the warranty, because ive bought faulty things from this store before like new games which had clearly been opened and resealed. The DS came with a Samsung charging box and the cord that goes to the DS... As far as Soul Silver went they told me to "look on ebay." instead of asking me if i wanted them to order it from another store, i drove two hours away to Cortland, NY because i saw one in stock and i reserved it and got the email and apparently i shouldnt have because they had it in but it was ordered for some one else from another one of their stores, but i explained i had been looking for it and i explained that THIS GAMESTOP location didnt try to help me they just wanted to get me out as quick as possible, and i showed them the email, so they reordered another copy and sold me the one they had there! (thank you to them very much) Needless to say i don't know if i'll shop at this Gamestop location ever again, its not the first time ive been treated rudly by this location.
