They charged by the job and were in a hurry. Beware that some works are not backed up by warranties (like drain, which they charge $200 plus call fee of $57). They will not let you know ahead of time if there is a slight chance that they won't be able to do the job. As a result, when you complain, yes, they will come back, but not for free, as they would have prepared themselves with arguments why the job was not done the first time around.



Expensive, expensive, expensive (e.g., replacing faucet is $200 plus call fee). Of course, if you become their member, costing $116 a year, they say you become their priorities. My eye! When I asked for a redo of the drain job after only two days, they scheduled to visit a week later, even after I became a member. I chose to not use them, ever again. I felt ripped-off.
