I collected some clothes that didn't fit my child anymore. I washed them prior to bringing them into mama goose. They were slightly damp, not a wet damp but a dry damp. I checked their website prior to driving all the way into town to check their guidelines for accepting clothes. I got to the store she had me set the bag on the floor, fill out an information card and then we waited in the store for 30 minutes. Myself, my husband and our two children. After waiting we finally went to one of the cashiers and asked if they had a chance to look at the clothes. They said the clothes looked nice but they couldn't accept them because they were slightly damp. No where on their website did it say anything about the dryness of the clothes. So they made us wait there for thirty minutes just to tell us they couldn't accept them until they were dry. So I had to drive all the way back home (we don't live that close) just because the clothes were damp in areas. Its not like I brought in soggy clothes. There were small damp spots perhaps on the front or the back of a shirt or a pair of pants. I would not reccomend this business to anyone. They could have told me as soon as they had the clothes out of the bag, rather than making me wait thirty minutes to tell me that they couldn't accept the 4 shirts and 4 pants that I had brought in.
