Provided by SuperpagesMy daughter has gone to this Pediatrician since birth. The past few years at her well visit they have started charging us $20 per health form completed. They have both of us complete it so we have an additional $40 per well visit. They accept our health insurance so the well visit is supposed to be covered. They don't tell you about the charge in advance. I find this to be very wrong. Every doctor you go to asks for your history and they do not charge you for giving them the information...

Provided by SuperpagesOverall doctors seem good but the office has a real problem with managing appointments and time. Too often they run 30 - 40 minutes behind. They are also not prompt when renewing prescriptions--we had to wait 3 days one time before the pharmacy received the updated prescription.
