You could of made so much money for shopping an auctions. But your promises won't get you any where's. You promise to fix things nothing was fixed. Then no one has time. 1's going shopping an other is going to auction. No time to keep your word. Well I have no time to send anyone there. When it's funny we all meet at dmy oh you don't need this with this that your getting. So no don't buy from them. Just read reviews an check it out for yourself if it isn't the same story. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE

Back on 8/29 I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee from PJS Auto in Ithaca. As I test drove the vehicle, I noticed the overhead console and rear wiper did not work. I said I would purchase the vehicle if the fixed them. They said they could not get the overhead console to work but would put a new wiper motor in and I agreed. I meet them at the Ithaca DMV to sign paperwork, and both of them said nothing about the rear wiper not working. I tested it when I got home and discovered it still didn't work and texted them telling them. They said it was probably related to the center console as they had already put 2 wiper motors in.Over the next few days, I started discovering even more problems with it such as the interior lights not working when the doors were open, and the A/C compressor not cycling, always staying on, resulting in the evaporator freezing up blocking the airflow from the vents, which is still an issue. Here's my problem. I paid 6900 for the Jeep, which is full retail. I should not have to spend ANY time or money fixing this vehicle. According to KBB, passing the retail price the vehicle should be in excellent condition. I'll let the pics of the repair work speak for themself.I just got the electrical issue fixed over the weekend after having the Jeep out of service for almost 3 weeks. Since the problems were there when I bought the Jeep, I asked the dealership for a refund of the repair costs, and of course they refused. Their excuse was that I was aware of the problem when I bought it, which is only half true. Yes, I was aware of the overhead console not working, but the rear wiper still not working and other issues I found after getting it home I had no idea about. They also said I refused to upgrade my warranty, which I did because the warrant company is garbage (CARS) Even if I did upgrade, the don't pay for diagnostic work, which was 95% off the bill.Learn from my mistake and avoid PJS Auto at all costs. All they care about is getting the vehicle out the door, after that, you're on your own, that was proven after I texting them literally 2 hours after picking up the vehicle and them doing nothing to repair the problem they were supposed to fix in the first place. PJ and Kalendra, I was nice enough to give you a chance to make this right before posting reviews and you refused. Here's some advice, just be honest and up front with people and you would triple your business. If you had fixed the Jeep right in the first place, or at least reimbursed me for the repairs, I would have highly recommended your dealership because you stand behind the vehicles you sell. Instead, you're more interested in making a quick buck. Remember this, word of mouth advertising is the most powerful advertising in the world. It is a lot easier to earn repeat and referral business than it is fishing for new business, but with the poor customer service you provide, you won't be in business long enough to have to worry about it.
