Provided by YP.comthese guys straight out ripped me off, plain and simple. The older dave started handling things properly and then the young guy stepped in, and instead of taking responsibility, he started to argue that this was my fault. what do i mean by "this?" My expensive automatic swiss watch was running fast, i take it in to be adjusted. I say i do not need a whole "complete service--that maybe there is an adjustment to me made to increase accuracy." he suggests i leave it with him for his watch guy, and i do. a couple of weeks later he calls to tell me that there was nothing his guy could do. How much do i owe you for the diagnostic? i ask. Nothing he says. wow, that seems nice. a big point for him in my favor. i should hav eknown something was fishy. when i put it on when i get home. the whole things clanks and moves around inside the watch case. ! t did not work any more at all! HE trashed my watch. I showed hime the recipts ( a few months later) for the repair bill at the swiss watch maker, and he starts claiming that the i broke the watch after oicked it up. later, when i start talking about legal action he changes his story to . . . . "it was obviuously broekn before you gave it me. that is why you brought it in for repair. i told you we could not fix it. . . . . " a complete liar. but ultimately not worth the hassle of the lawsuit. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comI recently brought in 2 wedding bands to be resized and engraved. Both rings were engraved incorrectly! And a diamond fell out of my wedding band as they were working on it. Instead of offering to fix their mistakes, I found myself arguing with them. The owner did not understand how the engraving was incorrect when it clearly did not match what was written when we ordered the engraving (the formatting of the dates were wrong). Also, they claimed that my rather expensive wedding ring (purchased elsewhere) was to blame for the diamond that fell out of it while it was in their care. They were going to charge me up to $100 to fix their mistake.
I was visibly upset about everything that had happened, but instead of helping me, the owner told me that I was a difficult customer and that he didn't even want to fix the rings for me anymore.
Stupidly, I left them there overnight (I was there 15 minutes before closing) so that they could fix their mistakes, but then rightly decided that there was no way I wanted them to touch my rings anymore and came back in at 9am the next day. They had erased the engravings completely already and then accused me of trying to get the engravings for free. I was subjected to insult after insult, again being told in a patronizing tone that I was a difficult customer and that they should add an aggravation charge to my bill. At that point, I ignored their comments, took my rings, and left. I did pay for the resizing, but not any engraving, which they told me I was lucky to not have to pay for because really I should be charged for the engraving and the removal.
I will never set foot in this store again and I urge you to do the same. They do not know how to run a business.
