Called to report a neglected animal that was in bad condition and being allowed to roam freely on a major highway while passing through the area. It ran in front of my car and caused me to skid 3 feet befor I could stop. They do not make a habit of answering phones and do not call back in a timely manner. When they finally call back I got the runaround. My concerns were not taken seriously. All action that could have saved this dog was deflected back to me as if I was going to stop all my plans driving across country and stay in town and deal with their bureaucracy. 3 months later they call back to see if I still think the dog is in danger after I have been back in Oregon a week after the incident. Good job you morons.

hate the new website, i spent over 10 mins just to view your animals and find your hours, and i kept getting sent back to the same page
