Extremely long wait time (even when no one is in the waithing room) Rude staff on all professional levels. I get the feeling that they don't want to be there either. There IS a newer Nurse Practioner that was hired that I like. I forgot her name, but she has dark hair. She is very courteous and thorough. Other than that, I avoid that place like the plague! I've heard many other comments like ths from people in this area so it's not just me. I just got off the phone with them with a question from a recent visit for my husband and two children. The receptionist cut me off mid-conversation. THESE ARE NOT PEOPLE WHO CARE! My husband was not aware of meds that were called into the pharmacy and I wanted to know more about the diagnosis and see if they were neccessary. The nurse called back and answered all my questions. I'm sure this is the same 'dark haired' nurse' that treated them. In my opinion, she saves this clinic from total collapse!
