Just cooked one of these, giving an average vote. Decent, clean looking ham, cooked well, very tender, but the taste is not what I was expecting. I would not call it a traditional salt cured ham. A smoked, nitrate cure?

If you are looking for a genuine Smithfield ham look no further! R M Felts hams are just as good as the peanut city hams if not better! I just ordered 2 for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I can't wait to get them. The cure is fantastic and the ham is wonderful on a yeast roll for breakfast!
