we were from Michigan and were to head back the next morning. had a rear tire flat and the donut spare wasn't going to get us home. Explained the problem to the young lady at the counter and she said no problem, we will get you in right away. 30 minutes or it might have even been less, tire fixed and on the road. Great people to do business with.

Wish I could give less than one star. Initially I had a good experience with this shop during the order process. But I am incredibly unsatisfied considering they damaged the Inside of my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for the damages. I was having custom rims installed and the technician (without my permission) placed all four of my older metal rims in the hatch of my hatchback Impreza. I had just purchased this car a month ago and was fully inspected by myself and the dealer for scratches or damage on the inside of the vehicle. There was none in the hatch area. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle there was scratches all over the inside of my hatch. The technician saw this and so did the manager Brandin. He said it could not have been the metal rims that damaged my car. He implied that I was lying. Even though I had seen them resting against my hatch and scratching it up. He did not offer to fix the damages did not apologize and told me the vehicle was not as well taken care of as I thought. Just know if you go here for services and they damage your vehicle they do not care and will blame you and send your car away with the damage without as much as an apology. We shredded a tire on the interstate and Eagle Tire Pros were the only ones that had a tire that fit my SUV. They got us right in and out to get back on the interstate to head home to Florida. Very helpful and very reasonable too.
