My mother and I have only been here once each but we really liked it! I have scheduled another appointment with Allen and can't wait. I felt like he was extremely sympathetic to my distress with my hair and listened to every detail. Due to the health of my hair, Allen advised that I go with a keratin treatment. He spent HOURS ensuring each strand was treated. My mother had her hair done a few weeks before mine and received many compliments.

My first appointment with Allen was also cancelled and no, I did not receive a phone call or email letting me know. I just showed up to the salon and it was closed. I had just dealt with the death of my Uncle but even with this I was UNDERSTANDING of my cancelled appointment. I waited to reschedule until I could talk to his receptionist and she got me in within 24 hours. Allen apologized and said he had a family emergency. I will say he is very busy(he has four jobs!) and I recommend making an appointment online if you cannot reach the receptionist (I think she is only part time). I think it is worth the wait!

I wish I could give "0" stars. The owner of this business is extremely rude and pompous. My friends and I were so delighted to have a new salon in town. I have spoken to many of clients that were either only slightly satisfied or never going back. Myself, and my friends- won't be returning. Even If we had wanted to return, he does not return phone calls and cancels appointments frequently without giving prior notice.



The attitude and "drama" he brings would be almost worth if his skills were of the caliber he arrogantly thinks of himself. However, as far as a hair cut, style goes- not your guy.
