This company was referred to us by our medical insurance for transport to standing medical appt. Arrived over an hour late, rude driver, argumentative, believe he provided phony name as no lic displayed in cab, Called dispatch only to find out it is run out of a bar 'first & foremost and cab issues were none of her concern'. Blue Cross taking them off their list permanently. Beware they seem shady.

this company has very poor customer service. when asked a simple question as to why there is a $20 service charge a legitimate businees would not just state "because thats our rule." snotty b*****
