Provided by YPmobileSave yourself some time, money, and dignity. Spend the night elsewhere. Dirty rooms, lousy rooms, outlandish prices, single handedly the crummiest "hotel" this side of Nantuckit. I will NEVER stay here again

Provided by YPmobileBEDBUGS i can not tell enough people how horrible my two nights of stay were I WOKE UP WITH BITES and then when my husband was bit we started to look and BEDBUGS WERE BEHIND THE FAKE HEADBOARD THAT IS SET ON THE WÁLL

Provided by YP.comI can not say enough wonderful things about the Best Western in Jackson, Ca. I had a very bad experiance at the Jackson Lodge when checking in the room was cold and never got warm, and could not stay their had driven from Las Vegas, Nv. and gotten in at 6:00pm. Had to check out of their or I would have been really sick. I called the Best Western and got a room and talked to Vanesa who was working. She is a gem, told me they had fireplaces in the rooms, but all I said I needed a room that had heat. Got a inside room which was warm and had a wonderful experience while staying at the Motel. She went the extra mile to make sure that my stay was pleasent. They even have a room where they have cont. breakfast and their is a Denny's next door when showing your room card you can get 15% off your meal. When checking out their was a older lady who needed coffee and Vanesa even offer to get someone to help her carry the coffee to her room . What great costumer service. My experiance was great the beds were wonderful the price was $158.38 for 2 nights with the AAA discount it was less then the Jackson Lodge. My hats off to this hotel for making my stay their wonderful.
