both my car a Lexus 350 and my husbands Sequioa were damaged by this car wash. When we reported the damage we were asked to leave the property. I am a real estate agent and like to have a clean vehicle, but not with black marks all over it from the "cleaning" equipment. the owner will take no responsibility for his equipment and instead became hostile. I will now warn all of my fellow real esate professionals to NOT use this facility. I have been going to Jackson Car wash for years and I am extremely disappointed in both our treatment and the service they render. there is a problem and they need to acknowledge that and fix it and appologize to good customers not ask them to leave the property because they don't want to hear something negative.

Fantastic service, routinely gety our cars serviced , Like that they keep data on our cars so they can attend to the oil changes and other car related issues everytime we go in, Have a loyal customer in us and lots of folks in Amador County

Excellent service! I've gone twice so far for an oil change. Got a free car wash and tire rotation. Pretty cool!
