Amazing experience. They have the most unique bridal collection I've ever seen. My fiance and I purchased our outfits here which were hand embroidered bespoke originals. Friendly staff too.

Let me start out by saying, I usually don't do reviews but I felt I had to warn other customers against what I went through.

I made a special trip to NY to find sarees for my wedding. I placed my order in February with Karishma and paid them CASH. They assured me that I would get my order in May 1st. May 1st comes around and I don't see the sarees ...so I give them a call to find out what's going on. They basically tell me that they haven't gotten it in and they will check on the status and get back to me the next day. I don't hear from them the next day. I call the following day and they basically tell me that it's going to be ANOTHER two weeks before I get in my order. Mind you, they had THREE months to do this order and I gave them a lot of business - the total cost of over $1,000. Two weeks pass by...and still no sarees!!! This is when I get livid. I asked to talk to the manager and she blatantly lies and tell me there is no one in charge and that everyone is in charge (seriously?!?!). The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Soon as they got my money, they completely disregarded what I had to say. After finally getting my order end of May, I noticed that the sarees had disgusting stains on them and the saree had lots of snags in them. My advice - don't get it from Karishma. Do some reserach before you go here - you'll find out quickly that people are saying the same things.
