Terrible. I have been going for more many years my hairstylist Jon was always professional & courteous even though the other workers including the owner were not friendly. Today I went my appointment was for 5:30pm I arrived at 5;pm there were three people before me. I was told by Jon i have to wait & be calm about it really . Then why make an appointment. I had no where to sit. They gave me a chair next to the door and seemed bother by it. Jon ignored me. I am not giving these arrogant snobbish people my money Freak that!! I need a professional environment & Oscar Da Silva isn't one. They need training in people skills

Whenever I go to this salon I feel so happy. Being with all these people who are always happy with good sense of humor are all a person needs. Their service is exeptional they cheer up a womans day,I love this place.I recommend everyone to go there because you not only change the outside of you but the inside.
