Last 3 orders they messed up. I had to drive in and get what I needed. Staff indifferent about the order not being right.

I have sleep apnea, I felt I was an inconvenience to staff. My prescription wasnt on file even though the doctor faxed it in months ago. They don't update unless I drive 45 minutes and come in, after 6 months they toss it out without updating it. They found it in a file somewhere and while updating explained they wait to update because they don't have time and it is a lot off work. If I didn't show up to get equipment then it would be a lot of wasted time. I was upset and was given the option of taking my prescription somewhere else, damn should have. All I wanted a new gasket for my mask, was told I could gather a new mask, ended up being the wrong one. Now I have a sore on my nose that is dicolored in just a few days. I called two hours before going to pick up my stuff, took over an hour there.

Steer clear, do not have their act together; Can't reach humans during the office hours posted, but an answering system that once again will just tell you hours posted then take a message that will take 1+ days to get to proper party. May say results will be ready today, but don't buy it. You'll be waiting.
