Mr. Lozier set up an LLC for my husband and myself and also as a CPA did the K-1 tax returns as well as my husbands contracting business a S corp. We divorced and Mr. Lozier failed in his fidicuary duty to me as 50% member of the LLC. I found out in the Legal News that the bank was foreclosing on the rental property we owned and taking me to court for 37,000 although the ex showed me no statements and Mr. Lozier told me "No one had to tell you anything"!! Really? 50% member paying him thousands in fees and no one had to tell me? He clearly took sides in the divorce and got lost in his duties and allowed the ex to forego his duties. Also was sent K-1 tax returns for 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011 and 2012 all in 2012! Did not look out for me at all.
