Nothing but good things to say about the crew working the streets of Union City. a big job with lots of homes and people in their way but they are always helpful if you need out of your drive. they have been polite and professional. Anytime you have a big job lots of unexpected happens but they have handled it without a glitch. Your company is fortunate to have a crew like this representing you. Customer service seems to be a fading thing in this country but your guys have given me hope that some still like a job well done!! Thanks to each of them.

This company was hired through the county to do the simple task of moving our mailboxes back due to road construction. The 3 person crew doing this task were very unprofessional. My mailbox fell to the ground the next day! They ripped the bolt out of the 2x4 and never replaced it to hold my mailbox in place. They didn't put the 2x4 deep enough into the ground nor did they pack any dirt around the post to keep it in place. Called to resolve the issue and the lack of professionalism continued with the receptionist. She simply said I'll have a supervisor look and hung up....I don't care if your busy or not you take the time to properly assist someone. Im assuming if the employees are like this the owner doesn't set to high of standards and should be ashamed. Now I have to follow up with the county to make sure the job is taken care of because someone has yet to come and fix my mailbox.
