This is typical for this flooring store. Sue is good with colors, not flooring applications. She knows very little about the flooring itself or how it's installed. Installers never receive any invoices for the jobs and usually spend half the morning looking for supplies needed to complete any jobs. The warehouse they store your flooring in is covered in an inch of white dust, because they polish Corian in the same building. Heck their pay schedule is supposedly a month( which is long enough), but I always got paid every 2 months...Worst store I've ever worked for and don't think you'll ever see your last paycheck.

Beautiful showroom with lots of options. Customer service was terrible! Was told our product would be in within a week. After many calls to the business, we finally got our back splash...two months later! Never received any return calls from Susan. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only way I knew they hadn't totally forgot about us was when I got their bill.
