I needed a ride to the hospital for surgery. I called on Friday to make a Monday morning appointment. Guy told me to call on Monday around 5:30 AM. I did that. They showed up about 5 minutes later. Good driver. Knows his way around town. Nice ride. Reached my destination with plenty of time to spare. Called for a ride home after the hospital discharged me. They were right there in less than 3 minutes. Nice ride home. Very reasonable fare (I don't know how they make $.)

Quick and friendly. Not the newest cabs but the driver was willing to help with my things. Had a good conversation.

This guys dropped us off in the middle of the hood, in the middle of the night, in the middle of winter!! And refused to take us 3 more miles to our destination. There were two women with us and it was very dangerous. I will admit, everyone was being a little loud, but no rudeness came to this driver until he got a call for another fare and decided to drop us off at the corner of PROSPECT AND FRANCIS! Literally pulled in the parking lot and told us to get out. The worst cab experience and general customer service I have ever had in my life

I'm a nurse,I use your cab service 7 days a week; for work/food/errands....but am driver routinely shuts the phone off!!! Luckily my home health client is very understanding when i have to call colonial instead & I'm 1-2 hrs LATE for work; unfortuneatly, my boss is NOT! I can't afford to lose my job, so the average of $148+tips I spend every week will be going to another cab co.,if you cannot rectify this situation...sry,but, my job & client depends on me; wish I could depend on you!
