Provided by YP.comVideo selections are great, but customer service needs improvement. I called to extend my rental, was placed on hold, and then forgotten by the clerk. I could hear the person complaining about the job. After 5 minutes, I hung up and called again, but was unable to get a connection with the store for the next 30 minutes.
