I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM PATIENTLY COUNTING THE DAYS UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AND TWO OF THOSE SIX MONTHS I HAVE SPENT BOILING MY WATER BECAUSE OF "SYSTEM UPGRADES" ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE RAISED THE PRICE OF LOT RENT TO PAY FOR THESE RENOVATIONS. I HAVE SPENT A HUNDRED OR MORE DOLLARS IN BOTTLED DRINKING WATER. I ALSO HAVE A TODDLER WHOM I CAN NOT BATHE DUE TO HAZARDOUS WATER! I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THOUGH I DO NOT GIVE TWO THUMBS UP, I CERTAINLY HAVE TWO FINGERS UP!!!!! THANK YOU FRED DESERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (;

With the house Market the way it is, The 300 plus for rent would Buy you a very nice Place. And it would be yours with no one to tell you what to do. Its a very nice Park after they fixed the roads. If it had better Management in the Office it would be a better place to live.I like the park it just Management is POOR.
