Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best-run, most professional and immaculately clean medical center I've ever seen! I had a stomach scope and a colonoscopy today and I can't say enough about how fantastic the whole staff was. Dr. Ullah is a gem. The ladies in the front office area were super friendly, both on the phone and when I arrived. The nurses that took care of me before and after the procedures were so patient and kind. The gentleman that did the anesthesia was super too. Another thing I noticed was how discreet the staff was: no gossiping, very respectful of your privacy, careful not to embarrass you, etc...This outstanding team should be the model for all hospitals, clinics and any other medical setting. I should also mention that they took me in a little earle and they began the actual procedures on time! I've never, ever had that happen. I strongly recommend this wonderful center.

Provided by YP.comI am a nurse and went here for my colonoscopy. It was top notch care and I didn't have any problems. No problems with the prep either. I slept through the entire procedure and woke up feeling great. Went to breakfast right after. Staff was wonderful!
Another reviewer stated that she was to go have a barrium enema the next day because she wasn't cleaned out enough. Barrium enemas are ordered when the doctor isn't able to get the scope to go around the whole colon--not because of not being cleaned out. This means there is a stricture, a tumor or diverticulosis which prevents the scope from going around. If it was just a matter of not being cleaned out, they would have given more prep and repeated the colonoscopy--not a Barrium Enema. This person probably has something wrong with her colon and she really should follow up and do the barrium enema. It could be cancer! And that could be why the prep didn't work well for her to start with. You can't fault the facility for something that is beyond their control.

Provided by YP.comI had 2 procedures endoscopy and a colonoscopy.. The endoscopy was painless and easy to do....the staff was wonderful...A few days later I had the colonoscopy. I followed all the directions for the miralax prep but it took till 4 in the morning for it to start working..I was scheduled to be at the center at 6:30a.m. My husband called and explained that the prep just started working but they said to come in anyway..I went to the bathroom several times there but I knew I was not ready. I told everyone person I came in contact with that the prep did not clean me out and I knew that was going to be a problem..maybe they didn't think I knew what I was talking about but they all assured me that they used suction and it shouldn't be a problem..Well when I woke up I had messed all over myself and couldn't make it to the bathroom, I messed on me the floor and the bed...imagine the humiliation, all this to find out they couldn't do the test, and scheduled me for a barium x-ray at the hospital the next day..So I was expected to do another day of prep so I could humiliate myself again someplace else. I have cried all day over this, I canceled the test the next day and will NEVER allow myself to experience that sort of humiliation again. This is how bad it was the nurse suggested I take the plastic bag that i had my clothes in and use it to sit on in the car.. I am horrified by the experience and I don't care what the Dr. says I will NEVER, NEVER do another..Oh, and as I'm writing this I am still experiencing the problems with yesterdays prep..
To try and be fair I changed from 1 star to 2...They were great with the endoscopy quick and efficient..
